Instructions for Accessing Your Purchase


Thank you for your purchase! We are processing your order and will send your access credentials as soon as possible.


To protect against fraudulent transactions, our checkout system does not automatically provide access credentials. Please allow us time to verify your purchase.


Here’s what you can expect:
1. Verification Time: Please allow 2 to 48 hours for us to verify your transaction.


2. Access Delivery: Once the transaction is verified, we will send you your access credentials using your PAYPAL EMAIL, as soon as possible.


3. No Access After 48 Hours? If you haven't received your access after 24-48 hours, please open a support ticket here: [Open Support Ticket], and provide a brief description of your issue.


4. Avoid Disputes: Please do not file a dispute with PayPal immediately. We are here to help and will work with you to resolve any issues. Filing a dispute can delay your order and may result in the cancellation of your purchase.


5. Unanswered Support Tickets: If you do not receive a response to your support ticket within 24 hours, please email us directly at: john@mailbox6.com.


6. Your Trust is Important to Us: We understand it can be frustrating if you don’t receive your credentials right away, but please rest assured—this is a precautionary measure to protect both you and us. We are working to get your access to you as quickly as possible.


7. Check Your Spam Folder: Sometimes our emails may be mistakenly filtered into your spam or junk folder. Please double-check there to ensure you haven’t missed our communication.  And make sure you are using your paypal email to check our email.


8. Refunds & Disputes: Please do not request a refund or file a dispute with PayPal until we’ve had a chance to assist you. Disputes can delay your order or lead to cancellation.
